Terms of service

These terms apply when you use shopfpv1.com or buy from us. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

  1. Who we are shopfpv1.com is run by FPV1, a UK business. Business address: 121 High Street, Rushden NN10 0NZ United Kingdom. Email: hello@shopfpv1.com. The store runs on Shopify.

  2. Ordering

  • When you place an order, you'll get an email confirming we've received it. The contract is formed when we accept your order, which happens when we send that confirmation (or a dispatch email).
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If so, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
  • You must be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to order.
  1. Products
  • All items are made to order by our production partner, Printful.
  • We try to show colours and designs accurately, but screens vary, and small differences in shade, print size and placement are normal for print-on-demand.
  • Check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
  1. Prices and payment
  • Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
  • Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Payment is taken when you order, through Shopify's secure checkout. We don't see or store your full card details.
  • If a price is obviously wrong, we'll contact you before going ahead and you can cancel for a full refund.

  1. Delivery See our Shipping Policy. Items are your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave us.

  2. Cancellations, returns and faulty items See our Returns & Refunds Policy. In short: 14 days to cancel after delivery, and faulty or misprinted items replaced or refunded.

  3. Our designs All FPV1 designs, logos, artwork and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission. Some designs are parodies or homages and are not connected with, or endorsed by, any film studio, brand or drone manufacturer.

  4. Our liability to you

  • We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable.
  • We supply products for domestic and private use. We're not liable for business losses.
  • We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  • Events outside our control (for example carrier strikes or supplier outages) may delay your order. We'll let you know and you can cancel for a refund if the delay is long.

  1. Using the website Don't misuse the site (for example, hacking, scraping or uploading harmful code). We may change or suspend the site at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal information.

  2. Changes to these terms We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place your order applies to that order.

  3. Complaints and disputes Please contact us first at hello@shopfpv1.com; we aim to reply within 3 working days. If we can't resolve things, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution service or Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk).

  4. Law These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
